Thank you for visiting and shopping at HamStage. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because our products are custom-printed and made-to-order, production times generally range from 2–7 business days before the item is ready to ship. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Fulfillment Model: We utilize a "Global-Local" model to ensure faster delivery and a reduced carbon footprint.

Australia: Orders are routed to local fulfillment partners to ensure the fastest domestic delivery.

United States & United Kingdom: Orders are fulfilled via local production networks within those regions to minimize transit times.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
HamStage is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
HamStage is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping once transferred to the carrier. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to Australia, the United States, and New Zealand.
