Because all products at HamStage are custom-printed and made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at [email protected] immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To process a claim for a damaged or defective item:

  • Provide your order number.

  • Attach high-quality photos of the damaged product and the shipping label.

  • If a manufacturing error is confirmed by our fulfillment partner, Printify, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

As our items are custom products created specifically for you, they cannot be returned for reasons unrelated to quality or shipping errors. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To ensure the fastest service, we do not offer manual exchanges. If you require a different size or design, a new order must be placed through the store. We highly recommend reviewing our size charts provided on each product page before finalising your purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed the evidence of your defective or damaged item and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
